Distribution:
Solomon Islands
Breeding hints:
This species is being bred mainly by Taiwanese and Japanese breeders. I am having 3 larvae at the moment, which are reared on Standard Flake soil and do not seem to be too difficult. That said, the main challenge as will all Cyclommatus is that the males take much longer in development than the females. Keeping them at different temperatures will be a good idea, to assure that both sexes hatch at the same time.
