I would be thankful for identification of this species.
I am not aware of detailed breeding reports for this species. As most Aegus species are normally pretty easy to breed, I do not suspect this species to be difficult to breed. Aegus normally lay their eggs near to white rotten wood and into fermented sawdust. Most species are quite prolific breeders. Sadly, Aegus is normally not a very desired genus for breeders and hobbyists.
