Breeding hints:
I am not aware of detailed breeding reports for Cyclommatus elaphus. If you have any information or hints, please share them with me. It seems that Cyclommatus elaphus still is a bit tricky in breeding. Kinshi does not guarantee for large males and larvae often die. Most of the time, only small specimen can be reared. It is very likely that they need a different type of kinshi, maybe similar to Mesotopus and Allotopus, which were considered impossible to breed before the discovery of ‘their specific’ kinshi.
