Breeding hints:
Fornasinius are very difficult to breed species. Many have tried and many have failed. I believe that some French breeders have managed to breed Fornasinius fornasini successfully through a few generations, but am not aware of the exact details. In discussion among breeders have been protein feeding to larvae (e.g. Cat food, silkworm powder, etc.), apple peels, as well as moss and many more. If you have figured out the breeding of this species in a reproducible manner for other hobbyists, please spill the beans and are assured of immortal fame, at least among the hobbyists π
