Breeding hints:
I am not aware of breeding reports for Prosopocoilus occipitalis. It is a very easy species to breed. Eggs are laid into soft white rotten wood. Larvae develop in this wood, or on a fermented sawdust substrat. Overall, I would rate this species a perfect beginners species. Since they are relativeyl widespread it is important to keep in mind where your population originates from and not to mix the differend localities when breeding.
